Golden bridge to Africa

A dirty filthy unemployed nigger is walking along the beach and finds a magic lamp. He rubs the lamp and a genie appears. The genie grants the coon one wish as thanks for freeing him.

The nigger says " I want you to build a bridge to Africa made out of solid gold!!"

The genie replies "Oh no way!!! It would cost a fortune..take forever, not to mention the engineering problems. It simply cant be done...impossible. Please wish for something else"

The bluegum sratches his head and says.."hmmm ok...well I would like you to make all the black people in the world intelligent, courteous, and hard working"

The genie replies "ok ok ok...so you want the bridge to be two lanes or four lanes"
