The Top 10 most violent cities in the US are virtual war zones already. "We are going to increase spending on community programs and encourage our neighbors to get invoved." no comment needed here. This stuff is so funny. How many billions in pure dollars and wasted productivity all in the name of avoiding the simple facts: Niggers Are Feral Animals.

Obongo says that he'll bring home the troops no matter what. Good, he'll need them to secure New Orleans, Hartford Ct., Oakland, Queens, ect, ect, ect.
